They are now seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to esnsure the company adapts and reacts to changes in the Digital and AI space.

The Role:

As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive digital innovation, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership, and leverage your deep understanding of digital technologies to optimise business processes and deliver tangible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop Digital Transformation Strategy: • Define and communicate the organisation’s digital transformation vision, goals, and roadmap. 

2. Drive Digital Innovation: • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics, to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency. •

3. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to identify digital transformation needs and implement effective solutions. • Chair a cross-functional digital transformation steering committee to ensure collaboration, alignment, and timely execution of initiatives. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve transformation goals and deliver successful outcomes.

4. Optimise Business Processes: • Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and identify areas for optimisation, automation, and digitisation. 

5. Enhance Customer Experiences: • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital transformation, ensuring that technology solutions align with customer needs and preferences. 


You will have proven experience (5+ years) in leading digital transformation initiatives in business environments and have a strong understanding of emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and their business applications. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in strategic planning, project management and change management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial for a role that will collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. With a track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
