Job Description
Our client is a globally recognised and listed, leader in the provision of B2B and B2C services for some of the world's leading brands. The company continues to grow at a rapid pace across all of their specialist markets, both organically and through a very active M&A strategy. They are now seeking an exceptional M&A Integration Accountant to join them in a newly created role, as the company expands its Group Finance function.
Reporting to the Senior Group Reporting Director, you would be joining a highly ambitious team focussed on producing the highest standard of work related to leading the financial integration of acquired businesses.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing pre transaction accounting support in relation to due diligence, and pricing, liaising with internal teams and external advisers.
- Leading the integration of acquired businesses into the group to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
- Providing support and advice to acquired businesses in relation to Group Accounting policies and liaising with local management teams
- Supporting management with the mapping of local data into the group consolidation system.
