Partner - Executive search / Leadership recruitment

Location - Flexible across the UK 

70% of billings- full back office support and mentoring / team support + Equity

What is the idea?

  • You will join us as a Partner to take control of a selected sector or functional area of expertise, either from current experience or future interest
  • You will be given all the technology, back office / PA support and marketing needed. You can then concentrate on what you do best!
  • If you are new to executive search, full mentoring, support and training offered

  • You will be effectively running your own business and will have the freedom to make commercial decisions and ways of working with clients that have their best interests at heart.
  • We will ensure that Grays gives you the proper marketing support and social media presence to raise both personal and corporate profiles.
  • The ability to come together in a collective that forgoes petty politics and focuses on a constant need to ensure we always look forward to improve our offering. The key is to want all of our partners to succeed, not fail, enhancing group results, market coverage and brand awareness.
  • The ability to join other high performers in a firm that work together for the right reasons and a desire to share best practice
  • Effectively we give you all the “tools” and mgt support to ensure success without any aspect of micro management and KPI’s . You get out what you put in!
  • You could do it yourself , but we have already gone through that part and have an established brand that you can help shape and develop without the hassle of the early stages
  • The idea is for all Partners to become equity owners to ensure we build a brand to create a platform for exceptional earnings , without compromising on service delivery
  • There will also be an opportunity to grow your own team, but only if that is what you want!
  • A significant % of fees retained will be retained to be reinvested into your business on a year on year basis.

Who will you be?

You could be an established executive search or leadership recruiter currently working in a larger corporate or smaller business and are frustrated by politics, lack of work / life balance or not a fair financial reward or future potential for your efforts. You could also be a contingent recruiter who is looking to take a step up to a fully retained model, but need the support and guidance to help you make the transition. You may also be an inhouse recruiter, looking to get more variety in your client base and a more agile hiring process.

Regardless of background, you must be confident in your ability to gain repeat business and new work from your networking skills and quality of delivery.
