Job Description
Our Client is an award winning, leading name within the general Transport sector. They are widely recognised as an Innovative and forward thinking provider. They have an enviable and fast growing client list across the UK.
Recent years has seen strong growth in both profit and company size and they are well placed to continue to expand across the UK.
Location- Flexible in the South East
The company is now looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to take control of their Southern Region. Reporting to the UK HR Manager, responsibilities will include;

Working in partnership with key stakeholders at your selected sites, ensuring HR practices are applied effectively.

Influence the genuine development of business partnering and collaboration between HR and Line Managers.

Support managers and providing advice and guidance in the planning and implementation of business change

Personnel Administration and use of MI to facilitate a proactive focus on areas of risk and solution planning.

Development of enhanced employee relations policies and procedures.

Full involvement and application of company HR policies and procedures.
Potential candidates will be CIPD qualified, HR generalists, ideally with experience in fast paced, Transport focused, logistics / distribution environments. Up to date with current employee legislation, you will have strong technical ability. Alongside this your interpersonal skills will also be crucial in a role that needs you to always lead by example and be collaborative. You will naturally build strong relationships with staff at all levels of the company. You will also be comfortable working in a multi site environment across a broad UK network. Strong IT skills and a willingness to travel to other sites will be needed in a role that offers excellent future career opportunities for the successful candidate.
