Our client is a UK division of a highly successful US owned specialist in complex manufacturing. The UK operation has a focus on one of their core markets and has enjoyed consistent year on year growth.

They are seeking a highly talented Finance Director who will report to the Global CFO . You will be skilled at leading teams and forming genuine business partnering relationships with colleagues both in the UK and the US. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the business is fully compliant with local and US reporting requirements. The highly capable finance team in the UK should allow you to balance your time to focus on both operational and financial matters.

You will be a qualified accountant who is already an experienced and successful FD in Medium sized / Divisional or fast growth complex manufacturing and Industrial environments. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly understand the wider business and used to getting engagement from staff and colleagues at all levels. You will also ideally have experience of working for a UK subsidiary of a US parent business in a multi currency environment.
