With a flexible UK location, our client is seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join their established and successful team. The main focus will be to focus on the sourcing, creation and winning of new business opportunities within their key sectors.
The client has some very innovative products in development and will increasingly look to offer these wider and exciting products to their new and exising client base, both in the UK and overseas.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, responsibilities will include
Creating compelling and cost effective solutions for new clients.
Managing and working with Internal functions to help deliver a "best in class" solution and exceptional customer service.
Identifying growth potential for sales and development of new services.
We are seeking an individual who has a track record of success in consultative and B2B selling. You must have the ability and confidence to sell and develop sophisticated customer solutions at senior management levels. You will be highly motivated and able to work in an autonomous role with full corporate and back office team support. Previous experience within 3PL and transport services would be an advantage, alongside strong contacts within the wider Grocery, Retail or Consumer sectors.
